Anna & Rose Toronto has chosen to ship products directly from our suppliers to you.
This approach allows us to significantly reduce storage, transport, and packaging costs — enabling us to offer our products to you at the fairest possible price.
Although all import fees and taxes are paid in advance, there may occasionally be instances where customs duties or import fees are charged upon delivery.
Anna & Rose Toronto is not responsible for these additional charges and will not reimburse them. However, if this occurs, please contact us at info@annarosetoronto.com, and we will gladly look into the issue and help find a suitable solution.
Delivery Times
Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, the average delivery time is:

5–15 business days for orders within Canada and the United States.

10–20 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or due to customs delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that the tracking information may take 3–5 business days to become active as the shipment passes through various logistics systems.
